Returns

Easy and personal returns

If you wish to return your order, I will make the process as simple as possible.

Send an email to kontakt@naturpote.dk with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Which items you wish to return
  • Reason for return (optional)

You will then receive a return label and instructions on how to send the item back.

I collaborate with both PostNord and GLS to provide a solution that is easy for you.


Important to know

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer
  • The item must be returned in the same condition as upon receipt
  • You are responsible for the package until it has been received by me
  • Remember to save the receipt upon drop-off

Personal drop-off

You are also welcome to return your order without shipping costs by personal drop-off by appointment.

Refund

Once I have received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.

How to return your order

  1. Pack the item securely
  2. Send an email to kontakt@naturpote.dk
    • Provide your order number
    • Specify which items you wish to return
  3. You will then receive a return label and instructions
  4. Print and attach the return label to the package
  5. Drop off the package at a parcel shop of your choice
    • Remember to save your shipping receipt

Important:
The package must be sent directly to our warehouse and must not be sent to a parcel shop.


Refund

Once I have received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase.

It may take up to 14 days for the amount to appear in your account.


Diminished value

I reserve the right to reduce the refund if:

  • the item is damaged while in your possession
  • the item has been used beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature and function

Complaint

Your experience means everything to me, and I do not compromise on quality.

You have a 24-month right to complain in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

In case of defects or deficiencies

Send an email to kontakt@naturpote.dk with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Pictures of the defect

I will get back to you as soon as possible, so we can find the best solution together.
