2. General

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via naturpote.dk.
By shopping at Naturpote, you accept the following terms.

3. Order and Agreement

When you place an order, you will receive an automatic receipt by email.

A binding agreement is only entered into when I have confirmed the order and shipped the item.

I reserve the right to cancel orders in case of:

  • obvious pricing errors
  • technical errors
  • out-of-stock items
  • force majeure
  • repeated use of discount codes

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including 25% VAT.

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Dankort
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • MobilePay
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

The amount is only debited when the item is shipped.

All payments are processed via secure, encrypted payment solutions. Naturpote does not have access to your card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery area

Delivery is available throughout Denmark (excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands).

Delivery Methods

  • GLS
  • PostNord
  • DAO (with manual processing)

Delivery Time

Normal delivery time is 2-4 working days - longer delivery times may occur during busy periods, holidays, and weekends.

In case of delays, you will be informed as soon as possible.

Shipping

Shipping cost is shown at checkout. Free shipping may be offered during campaigns and for purchases over DKK 599.

Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act.

The period starts from the day you receive the item.

How to cancel

You must notify me within 14 days via email: kontakt@naturpote.dk

After that, you have another 14 days to return the item.

Returns

  • Returns are at your own expense
  • The item must be in substantially the same condition
  • Original packaging should be included

In case of depreciation, an amount may be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

The amount will be refunded no later than 14 days after receipt of the item or documentation of return.

7. Right to Complain

You have a 24-month right to complain in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered (no later than 2 months).

For approved complaints, I offer:

  • repair
  • exchange
  • price reduction
  • refund

Always contact before returning.

8. Personal Data

I process your personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.

Information is used for:

  • order processing
  • delivery
  • customer service
  • statutory bookkeeping
