The ointment is a gel primarily consisting of B&B colloidal silver water, combined with organic Aloe Vera and other carefully selected ingredients that support a healthy skin condition.
Colloidal silver consists of microscopic silver particles (nanoparticles) in distilled water and is 100% natural. Aloe Vera provides moisture and has a soothing effect, keeping the skin hydrated and protected.
